Mobile Monitoring Tower
The multifunctional, autonomous vPATROL Tower® mobile monitoring tower is equipped with advanced electronic security systems, including IP cameras with state-of-the-art video analytics, radars, programmable perimeter sensors, as well as lighting and a loudspeaker system for issuing warning messages — all mounted on a specialized mast up to 7 meters high.
Operating principle
Threat detection
Using installed cameras combined with advanced intelligent software, the system identifies unauthorized individuals and vehicles.
Immediate response
Signals are transmitted to the Taurus Ochrona Integrated Alarm Monitoring Center (ZCMA), where they are verified by the Controller.
Action taken
Depending on the results of video verification, the ZCMA Controller takes appropriate actions: issues a voice message through the loudspeaker, notifies the police, and dispatches the Intervention Group to the scene.
Intelligent software analyzes the transmitted video and detects potential threats, which are sent directly to the Taurus Ochrona Integrated Alarm Monitoring Center. Thanks to real-time video analysis, the Controller immediately takes necessary actions by issuing personalized voice messages and directing Intervention Groups and required services to the site.
Intelligent Image Analysis System
The image analysis system is an advanced solution based on artificial intelligence that enables real-time video processing. It offers a range of analytical functions that allow for faster and more precise responses to emerging threats than verification performed solely by humans. The system instantly recognizes situations and behaviors considered potentially threatening to business operations and the safety of personnel at the protected facility.
These functions include, among others:
- Detection of unauthorized movement on the premises,
- Determination of heatmaps indicating zones with the highest concentration of pedestrian traffic,
- Behavior analysis, including crossing a line/virtual fence, detection of a gathering crowd, loitering, and non-compliance with safety regulations,
- Object recognition, including detection of vehicles and persons,
- Detection of fires and other potential threats.
Video Verification
Upon receiving an alarm signal, the Integrated Alarm Monitoring Center Controller conducts video verification. With access to pre-alarm data, the Controller can determine the cause of the alarm. He review several seconds of footage prior to the alarm activation, for example, tracking the intruder’s movements. If a threat is confirmed, the Controller immediately takes appropriate actions according to established procedures and dispatch the Intervention Group to the scene and inform the client about the incident. If necessary, the Controller also informs relevant emergency services such as the Police, Ambulance, or Fire Department.
Virtual Patrol
After notifying the Intervention Group, the Controller at the Integrated Alarm Monitoring Center (ZCMA) directs situation-appropriate live voice messages or other alerts, which are broadcast on-site to deter potential intruders or inform individuals about the threat. These messages may include instructions for evacuation or calls for assistance.
Remote Intervention
During video rounds, the system automatically connects to analytical cameras according to a predetermined schedule and the Controller at the Integrated Alarm Monitoring Center (ZCMA) can see the site in real time using the cameras, carefully reviewing them, identifying potential threats, and taking intervention actions as in video verification.
